Recipe of the Week: Strawberry Ricotta Bruschetta￼￼
It’s appetizer time! Make some Strawberry Ricotta Bruschetta by Skinnygirl.
2 cups sliced strawberries
1/2 cup Skinnygirl™ Balsamic Dressing
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1 tablespoon milk
½ teaspoon orange zest
Fresh basil leaves
8 slices whole grain baguette, lightly toasted
- Combine strawberries and Skinnygirl Balsamic Dressing; set aside.
- Whip ricotta and milk with fork or wire whisk until smooth. Stir in orange zest.
- Top bread with basil leaves, then ricotta mixture, then strawberries. Garnish with additional basil leaves.
- Tip: Use the large basil leaves to place on top of the bread under the ricotta mixture. Then use the small basil leaves for the finishing garnish
